We ask illustrators to give us their perspective on how different Malaysia really is since the first change in government in the country’s history.

A Land Without Time
In this heartrending essay, we look into the fates of the Batek, a tribe of indigenous people whose lives and lifestyles are being obliterated by the relentless march of time and “progress”.

Also, as Muhyiddin Yassin will be announcing a new economic stimulus package in connection with Covid-19 today, we look at some of the things our PM8 and his cohort will have to consider.

Here’s a playlist of some famous tunes that have had their lyrics changed coz of the coronavirus crisis. Listen, smile, and remember to always WASH YOUR HANDS!

Buh-bye Maszlee
Howdy folks! Did you miss us? We’ve had a wonderful break over the past few weeks, but we’re back, recharged and chompin’ at the bit to start writing for you again. Thank you so much for your response to our survey (we’ll share the results soon) and for contributing to our tip jar (we’ll use that to go for a nice meal).
We got a couple of emails saying the link to the survey form didn’t work, but don’t know how many of you it affected. Here’s the link again in case you couldn’t answer before (your answers are important coz they’ll determine our future direction!). Some of you also couldn’t access the link to the tip jar, so here are the direct debit and PayPal links again.
